How to Send a Refill Request?
If you have experienced a drop on a guaranteed service, you can easily send your refill request in just a few steps. In this guide, we explain step by step how to create a refill request and how the process works.
Check Before Requesting a Refill
Verifying two points before creating a request ensures the process runs smoothly:
- The service you ordered must contain the term "Guaranteed" or "Refill" in its name or description.
- The current count must not have dropped below the starting value at the time of the order.
Step-by-Step Refill Request
- Go to the "Orders" page from the panel menu.
- Find the order you want to request a refill for in the list.
- Click the support (refill) icon at the bottom-right of the relevant order.
- Select the "Refill Request" option from the menu that opens.
- Press the "Send" button to submit your request.
What Happens After the Request Is Sent?
After your request is received, the system checks the start and end values of the order. If the drop meets the refill conditions, the missing amount is replenished. The refill time may vary depending on the load of the service and the provider's processing; therefore, there may be a short waiting period after the request.
Tip: After sending a refill request, do not place a new order on the same link; this may cause the starting count to be detected incorrectly and invalidate the refill.
Note: During major platform-related updates, refill operations may be delayed or technically impossible. Such situations are considered force majeure and may affect how the process works.
