Payment Methods and Commission Rates

We offer various payment options so you can load your balance with the most convenient and fastest method for you. The methods are divided into two groups: "automatic" and "manual". With automatic methods, your balance is reflected in your account instantly; with manual methods, the approval process may take a short time. Below are the current payment methods and commission rates.

Automatic Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit Card (Global): 3% commission
• Credit/Debit Card (Turkey): 5% commission
• Bank Transfer/EFT (Turkey): 0% commission
• Coupon Code (İtemSatış): 3% commission

Manual Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer/EFT (Turkey): 0% commission
• Papara (Turkey): 0% commission

Which Method Should I Choose?

If you want to add funds without commission, you can prefer the Bank Transfer/EFT or Papara methods. If you want your balance to be reflected instantly, automatic methods are the most practical option. If you will pay from abroad, the Global card option is suitable.

What You Should Know About Invoices and Balance

All prices include value added tax (VAT). If you would like a personalized invoice issued in your name for your payment, you must open a support request and submit your invoice information within seven days after payment. For requests not submitted within seven days, a collective invoice is issued under the name "Various Customers" as per regulations; these collective invoices are not personal and cannot be changed later.

Note: Balance top-ups are a prepayment and work on a digital wallet logic. Unspent balances are not refunded in cash; the amount is reflected to your site balance.
