Steps to Place an Order on LunaSMM
Placing your first order may seem complicated at first glance, but the process is quite simple. In this guide, we explain all the steps in detail, from adding funds to completing delivery. By following the steps below, you can confidently create your first order within minutes.
1. Add Funds
To place an order, you first need to add balance to your account. The balance works on a digital wallet logic and serves as a prepayment for purchasing services. You can load your balance by choosing the payment method that suits you best (credit card, bank transfer/EFT, Papara, etc.).
2. Select a Service
From the "Services" page, select the platform and category you want to receive engagement for. Next to each service you will find information such as the minimum/maximum order amount, estimated speed and guarantee status. Read these descriptions carefully to choose the right service.
3. Enter the Link and Quantity
Paste the post or profile link you want to receive engagement for into the relevant field and set the quantity. There are a few important points to pay attention to at this stage:
- Make sure the link is correct and complete.
- Check that your profile is public; delivery cannot be made to private accounts.
- Comply with the minimum and maximum values in the service description.
4. Confirm the Order
Check the total amount and create the order. After payment confirmation, the order is processed automatically and delivery begins. You can track the status of your order anytime from the "Orders" page.
Important warning: Ordering more than the maximum amount specified in the service name, or trying to exceed this limit by placing multiple orders, may cause your balance to be lost. In this case, no refund is provided. In addition, placing a new order on the same link before an order is completed may invalidate your refill.
