LunaSMM - Terms

LunaSMM provides digital services to increase interaction for social media platforms, and users can create orders through this platform.
The services offered are within the scope of services performed instantly in the digital environment.

Refill is only valid for drops between the start and end values determined at the time of order; for example, in an order starting at 1000 and ending at 1500, if the number drops to 1300, a refill is made, but if it drops below 1000, no refill can be made.
Partially completed and canceled orders cannot be refilled or refunded.
In refill-guaranteed services, the refill process can only be provided within the specified period and under the technical conditions permitted by the system.
Proof may be requested for refill, it is recommended not to place an order without reading the service descriptions.
Refill times may vary depending on platform updates; such technical delays cannot be considered a service defect.
In drops caused by the platform after the service is completed, action is taken only in services with refill guarantee, no refund is made.
Refills can be made to the links used when ordering; if the link or username changes (becomes invalid) after the user purchases the service, no refill can be made.

When you place an order, the system automatically detects the current count and determines the start and target count accordingly. If you place another order from the same category to the same link before the first order is completed, the target count does not change and the second order goes to waste. Therefore, do not place an order from the same category to the same link before an order is finished, otherwise refund/refill cannot be provided.
Speed, drop, quality, data, and duration information specified in service descriptions and names are estimated data and may vary depending on instant density and update status of platforms.
Orders are automatically processed by the system after balance confirmation is received and the digital delivery process begins.
The site cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by incorrect links, private profiles, or wrong post shares declared by the user.
The user declares and undertakes that they do not violate the relevant platform rules when performing transactions on accounts or contents belonging to third parties.
Since our services are digital and instantly delivered, there is no right to cancel or refund after the transaction has started.

The user agrees to comply with general moral rules and the terms of service of the relevant social media platforms while using the site.
All responsibility belongs to the user in cases such as account closure, restriction, or content deletion that may occur as a result of orders.
Transactions on the system occur at the user's own will.

Order cancel buttons are a system option and may not always be active or functional depending on the technical status of the service.
Failed or canceled order amounts are automatically reflected in the user balance, cash refunds of these amounts cannot be requested.
The user is obliged to cover the material damage that may occur if they harm the site using manipulative software or bots.

The site does not accept responsibility for the security of user accounts (password sharing, etc.); account security is entirely under the user's control.
The site cannot be held responsible for data losses arising from changes made by third-party social media providers in their service policies.
There is no obligation for refill or refund in grievances caused by the user's selection of the wrong category or incorrect link.
Balance loads are in the nature of prepayment for service purchase, and cash refunds of unspent balances are not made.
