What Are the Refill Terms?

A refill is the process of replenishing drops that occur after an order is completed. Due to the nature of social media platforms, follower or like counts may occasionally drop. In such cases, the refill comes into play; however, it is extremely important to know that a refill is not valid in every situation and is subject to certain conditions, so that you do not face any issues.

For Which Services Is a Refill Valid?

A refill is only valid for services that explicitly contain the term "Guaranteed" or "Refill" in the service name or description. For services marked as "No Refill", no refill or refund is provided under any circumstances, even if a drop occurs. Therefore, for orders where you expect long-term permanence, it is recommended to choose guaranteed services.

How Is a Refill Calculated?

A refill is only valid for drops between the start and end values determined at the time of the order. The moment you place the order, the system automatically detects the current count and sets the start and target values accordingly. Let's explain with an example:

• In an order that starts at 1000 and ends at 1500, if the count drops to 1300, the missing amount is refilled.
• However, if the current count drops below the starting value of 1000, a refill cannot be made.

Important warning: If you place a new order on the same link before an order is completed, the system detects the starting count incorrectly (as the old value) and the operation is wasted. In this case, no refund or refill can be provided. For this reason, avoid placing a second order on the same link without waiting for the first one to finish.

Situations Where a Refill Is Invalid

• Orders whose link has been changed, username updated, set to private, or has become invalid.
• Delays that occur during major platform-related updates (force majeure).
• Even in a guaranteed service, the obligation is limited only to completing the missing amount; no refund is made.
